me with my satay plate!hello folks. as some of you know, i privated my blog. that ``` whoever sorta scolded me. she's so lame o.o anyway now it's privated, she can't enter. for those who can access, congratulations. you're one of the many people i can trust. for those who can't, either i don't know your email or i don't feel comfortable with you viewing my blog.
what's wrong with 3hum in changing seats? why is everyone so against it? i'm so not gonna sit where i am now for another year and just rot there. well i planned another one. this time, it looks pretty much the same, just that the 7ahs are kinda separated. what sacrifice. hurrah.
beijing olympics just started. so far i haven't seen the singapore team competing in any events. the US people keep winning. oh shucks. heehee i support korea, japan and other random countries like zimbabwe too! i think africa is good. missed both telecasts of the olympics opening. mummy and sis said it was nice and really grand :)
there was national day celebration in school on friday. choir leaders sprayed red hair colour and glitter on us. luckily we had a choice whether we wanted it or not. most of the seniors said "no". based on past experiences, it makes your sweat and bathing water turn red. quite freaky eh. when we went on stage [always the finale item]... nothing much happened. the audience was so dull. not so much fun as compared to previous years national day celebration. only the UG and the performers had the energy in them. gahh what boredom.
met annabel after the celebration. we went home together to get ready for the "class" outing [less than 15 people showed up] to watch The Mummy Returns. that show was a bit out of point. the starting bit was boring. then suddenly from chinese scene, it became ang moh scene. then another part where qin shi huang [jet li] entered the fountain of eternal youth and turned into a 3-headed dragon! reminded me of harry potter/eragon. then there were some funny looking skeletons and yetis.
oh before the movie, they showed a trailer [it was just a TRAILER, not the real movie] of some thai horror movie. omg it was super duper scary. i jumped at one part. claudia used her bag to cover her face. annabel and i used our hands. the guys didn't flinch at all. oh what actors. jason came to watch the movie with us. now i know what his voice sounds like! teehee~
had some satay party at my grandparents' place yesterday. also watched the NDP live telecast on tv. my sis kept saying that lee kwan yew, lee hsien loong and goh chok tong looked really sick o.o well lee kwan yew just flew in from beijing. he must be tired. the show was kinda cool, but i guess being part of it would be much more cool. we kept running in and out of the house to watch the jets fly past. satay was delicious! so was the rice thing, fish, mushroom etc. had one heck of a dinner yesterday. also, there was the premiere of Calefare and First Class. funny shows i must say. my cousins kept laughing! :D
so bored at home. sis and bro at grandparents' house for lunch and parents at ikea looking for curtains to replace my torn drapes. and to think i don't even use them?! XD strange. just figured out that i can upload pictures from my phone to here!
